Our Shipping Partner

We're proud to partner with DHL Express for all our international shipments. DHL provides reliable, fast, and trackable delivery services to ensure your Leather Sole Works products reach you safely and on time.

Processing Time

All our products are handcrafted with care. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and preparation before your item is shipped. During peak seasons or sales events, processing time may extend to 4-5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options through DHL Express:

  • Standard International Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 3-5 business days (additional charges apply)

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed. Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Events beyond our control

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. At checkout, you'll be able to see if we deliver to your location. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or have limited service availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected

We offer free standard shipping on orders over M10,500 to most international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey on the DHL website.

Customs & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

We declare the full value of all orders and cannot mark international orders as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment or note the damage with the delivery carrier immediately. Contact us within 48 hours with details of the damage.

For lost packages, we will initiate a trace procedure with DHL after 10 business days from the expected delivery date for domestic shipments and 15 business days for international shipments.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.
